Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy All bookings are non-refundable, as flowers and materials are purchased in advance and places are limited. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to someone else. Please notify us of any name changes in advance. In the event that the workshop is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or extreme weather), you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date. We are not responsible for missed workshops due to personal circumstances, late arrival, or non-attendance. A booking is only confirmed once a non-refundable deposit has been received. Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable as flowers, materials and time are reserved specifically for your event. If you need to cancel: Cancellations made more than [14] days before the event will not be charged beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within [14] days of the event will be charged the full balance. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within the notice period or for non-attendance on the day. Rescheduling One date change may be offered at our discretion if requested at least [14] days before the event, subject to availability. Deposits can be transferred to a new date but are not transferable to another person or refunded. Any further changes may incur an additional fee. Reductions in Numbers Reductions in guest numbers after the final balance is paid cannot be refunded, as flowers and materials will have already been ordered. You are welcome to replace guests to keep numbers the same. Children’s Parties Children’s workshops are suitable for ages 8+. An adult must be present during the event. The organiser is responsible for ensuring guests follow instructions and treat equipment safely. Force Majeure In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to illness, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
